About Us

We've Been Making Life Better Since 1947

Cortese Restaurant was founded in 1947 by Angeline Cortese and her sons, James and Nathan. A third son, Angelo, who more than his brothers, dreamed of running a restaurant, was killed while serving in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

With the help of their father Corrado and sister Rita, Jimmy, Nate, and their Mom built a reputation for consistently excellent food, served in a warm friendly atmosphere. In continuing our family's tradition, we strive to make every meal memorable, and every customer satisfied.
